2. Agri-Incubators—where people grow
Agri-Incubators are living classrooms and commercial farms where local youth learn by doing and grow into Agri-Innopreneurs. They utilise a blended online and practical learning approach.
A cascaded teaching pipeline:
Community Interns (±2 months): Exposure and basic skills, coached by last year's interns and mentored by Agri-Innopreneurs.
Agri-Interns (6–9 months): Agricultural graduates master technical skills in hydroponics, vertical systems, pest management and crop cycles.
Agri-Innopreneurs (12 months): Top performers manage their own tunnels, train new interns and build real agri-businesses.
